Question 1

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Accepted Answer

Minimum order quantities vary by product type. For lip balms, our MOQ typically starts at 5,000 units per SKU (per flavor or variant). For other product formats, minimums may differ — contact us with your product details for a specific figure. We do accommodate smaller pilot runs in certain cases for brands earlier in their development. Reach out to discuss your project and we'll let you know what's possible.

Question 2

What are typical lead times for an order?

Accepted Answer

Once formulations and packaging are finalized, production typically runs 2–6 weeks. Contact us to discuss your specific timeline, and we'll map out a schedule that works for your launch.

Question 3

Do you offer stock formulas, custom formulations, or can I supply my own?

Accepted Answer

All three. Whether you're launching fast with a proven recipe, developing something entirely new, or bringing your own formula to production, we can work with you. Stock formulas: our library of ready-to-brand lip balm formulas gets your product to market faster with no development time. Custom formulations: our lab develops original formulas from scratch or refines existing ones to meet your specific goals, certifications, or ingredient requirements. Customer-supplied formulas: bring your own formula, and we'll handle development, testing, and production.

Please note, we sell direct to retailers and distributors only — we do not sell through Amazon, Walmart, or other online marketplaces.

Question 9

Can I order samples before production?
